IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ORDERS AND COVID-19
We are working around the clock to try and get your order to you as soon as possible, whilst ensuring that great care is taken to protect our warehouse staff with the implementation of social distancing measures. Consequently, we now have less staff working than usual at one time which may result in some orders not being dispatched as quickly as we would like. The current pandemic has also meant that our couriers are not working to full capacity at this moment. Whilst we are doing our best to make sure orders are with customers within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), we cannot guarantee this delivery time and delays can be expected up to 14 days.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?
Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive, unfortunately there is no further information we will be able to give you about your order within this time span. As we are working with fewer customer service staff during this time, we will not be able to answer enquiries regarding orders not received within 14 days.
