I used this on a Karcher Telescopic Jet Pipe Lance at full extension to clean our upstairs windows. It does quite a good job with just water(not tried with detergent yet) However, it does make the Lance a bit top heavy until you get the brush onto the window, and when operating it does tend to pull the Lance to the right due to the rotation of the brush, just needs a bit of practice I think.
