3M™ Versaflo™ Battery TR-830 is our lithium-ion battery pack designed for use with the 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-800 Series Powered Air Turbo. It’s intrinsically safe, attaching mechanically to the TR-802E Powered Air Turbo (with tool) to help prevent accidental battery removal and spark risk during use (per EN 60079-11). The TR-803 battery is ATEX Certified, charges quickly and features a charge level indicator for quick visual reference.

Quick charging and intrinsically safe 3M™ Versaflo™ Battery TR-830 lithium-ion battery pack is created for 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-800 Powered Air Turbo. This battery is engineered for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and feature yellow bumpers to help absorb impacts. The battery reaches 90 % charge in approximately 3.5 hours and features a charge level indicator for easy visual reference. The TR-838 Battery Attachment Tool (included) fastens the battery mechanically to the Powered Air Turbo to help prevent removal and reduce spark risk during use per EN 60079-11. With a new TR-830 Intrinsically Safe Battery and filter, the TR-800 Powered Air Turbo has an expected run time of 6 to 10 hours depending on the system configuration used. Powered Air Turbo runtime will vary based on battery age, filter loading, filter or cartridge selection, and user selected air flow settings. The battery can provide approximately 750 full charge/discharge cycle equivalents while maintaining 80 % of its original capacity, which is twice the cycle life of standard non-IS 3M™ Versaflo™ Battery TR-630 and TR-632.

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and in pristine condition. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to package them, orders are sometimes damaged in shipping.

We want you to be satisfied with your product and it is critical, you unpack and check it for damage as soon as it arrives. We ask that you report to our sales department via [email protected] on receipt of a damaged product immediately. Claims cannot be considered if signed for in good condition. Do not discard the damaged item or any of its packaging. If you fail to report damages immediately, we may not be able to accept responsibility for the costs.

Once you notify us that your product is damaged, we will need your help in making it available for pickup on a scheduled date and time.

In most cases, we are able to order a replacement item at no cost to you as soon as the damaged one has been picked up. However, the outcome of the claim may result in a charge for the replacement item. Replacements are subject to availability.
