All Kärcher professional machines are covered for 1 year manufacturing guarantee.
1. All warranty periods commence on the date of purchase and are non-transferable.
2. The guarantee is limited to the provision of repairs, free of charge within the specified period providing the conditions are met.
3. Professional product guarantee does not cover accessories.
The Kärcher Guarantee is a manufacturing cover for your professional product. This Guarantee shall not apply to defects caused by;
· Misuse
· Neglect
· Accidental Damage
· Improper storage
· Installation or careless handling
· Frost damage/heat damage
· Alteration not carried out or authorised by Karcher approved supplier
· The use of incorrect supply voltage
· Contaminated water supply
· Unsuitable chemicals
Karcher will at their option repair, replace or refund the price of products which you notify us are defective within the time limits set out in the clauses above.
This warranty shall not apply to defects caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, installation or handling, frost damage, repair or alteration not carried out or authorised by us or the use of incorrect electrical supply voltage, contaminated water supply or unsuitable chemicals.
If a fault has been suspected by the customer, Craigmore may arrange for collection of the machine or a call out to the premises for inspection and repair. Inspection and repairs will be carried out free of charge if a genuine warranty fault has been found. In the instance were no fault has been found, the customer will be liable for all warranty/inspection costs incurred including any collection/redelivery fees.

Please note that consumables such as, but not limited to, outer and inner protection plates and the silver front of welding helmets are not covered by this warranty.
All Makita tools are covered by a standard 1 year warranty, however Makita Tools that are CE marked and (with the exceptions of Batteries, Battery Chargers, Accessories, Petrol Powered Products, Production Tools and Air Tools and Compressors) purchased on or after 1st July 2012, can benefit from an extra 2- year warranty (3-years in total).

WHY DID WE MAKE THE AVA OF NORWAY WARRANTY?
A recent EU report* shows that domestic pressure washers have too short lifespans. AVA thinks this cannot continue, and the cycle of “use and dispose” must be replaced with “maintain and repair.” We aim to reduce waste and over use as much as possible.

Just as one maintains their lawnmower or chainsaw, a pressure washer lasts much longer with regular maintenance. We want to help you make the process easy, simple, and affordable.

We have created a warranty scheme where we cover up to twenty years, depending on product model. The only thing you need to do, is perform a service at least once every 5 years.
A 20 YEAR WARRANTY, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?
AVA believes we cannot continue to use and dispose products as we have become accustomed to. Together we can make products last longer. AVA builds products that are made to last and quality has influenced our design since day one. If you take care of your washer with regular service, the service life will increase considerably.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE CONSUMER GUARANTEE?
The guarantee covers the cost of parts and labor if for example your pressure washers motor, power transmission, or electrical components fail. You can think of it as coverage over all the things not covered via the service kits, where worn down parts such as valves and seals are replaced.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE CONSUMER GUARANTEE?
The pumps worn down parts are included in the service kits and are not covered. Accessories, for example hoses, pressure pistol, and nozzles are parts that wear down over time and are “used up” during use. If a nozzle has reached the end of its expected lifespan, it is not covered. All accessories are covered for up to 5 years if there is a manufacturing defect as stated in the Consumer Purchase Act.
All TB Davies products are tested to withstand normal wear and tear, but are not indestructible and can be damaged by misuse. Our warranty will not cover wear and tear, misuse and/or abusive treatment. But we do ensure a timely resolution at a fair price. Misuse may include, but is not limited to, damage by vehicles, tools, people, animals, falling objects, acts of God, and using the product in any matter contrary to the warning/instruction labels or for an application it was clearly not intended.
