At Craigmore, we love the products we sell and are passionate about providing our customers with the best products and brands available across a wide range of industries.  Whilst we do our very best to offer clear and detailed information on our product pages, we understand that for some who are considering making their purchase, a personal review speaks louder than a thousand words ever could!

Where can I post my review?

We appreciate that everyone has their own social media platform favourites, and we have no preference as to which Social Media platform(s) you wish to use when sharing your review.

How long should my review be?

For Photo reviews, there is no minimum number of images which need to be posted.  Video reviews must be no shorter than 30 seconds in length.

Is there anything else I need to do before posting?

It is important that all reviews are hashtagged (#) with #CraigmoreOnline as well as the brand name (e.g. #Karcher).  You are welcome to use other hashtags which are relevant to the specific product you are reviewing, for example #OutdoorCleaning #SpringClean.  Please ensure that no inappropriate language is used in your review/description.

What should I talk about in my video review?

The easiest way to review any product is to keep in mind – If I was to think about buying this item, what would I want to hear and know about it?  You may wish to show an unboxing or even compare it to other similar items you have.  If it is a cleaning product, perhaps having some before and after shots in your video will help viewers appreciate what can be achieved with the item.  There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to reviewing, but keeping it clear, concise and to the point, will help ensure that viewers are engaged and interested in what you have to say about your own personal experience with your new purchase.

When will I receive my E-Gift Card?

Providing all guidelines (as outlined above) have been followed, an email with your E-Gift Card will be sent to you within 48-hours from when Craigmore has been notified by email of your review.  Please ensure all links to reviews are sent to [email protected] together with your order number.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Please note that by sharing your review online, Craigmore may link to and on occasion use your review for marketing purposes.  Only one E-Gift Card will be rewarded per customer.
